Service & Timeframe
Our local, family business provides services to the Central Coast of NSW. Collection and return of your pet is included in our cremation packages for suburbs within 25km (driving) of Gosford 2250. See map for suburbs included in this radius – please contact us if you are outside this area.
We will collect your pet as soon as possible, usually within a few hours of receiving your call or email.* Your pet will be carefully transported to our cremation facility where they will receive an individual cremation.
Once cremated, your pets ashes will be transferred into the urn/box of your choice and returned to you within 4 business days of collection.*
*Void in exceptional circumstances i.e. equipment fault, sickness, stock delays etc.*
Pet Collection
Rupert’s Pet Cremation & Transport offers a personal and timely cremation service to you and your beloved pet.
Once we have collected your cherished pet, please rest assured that he/she will be carefully transported to our cremation facility, where he/she will receive an individual cremation.
Once cremated, your pets’ ashes will be transferred into the urn/box of your selection. Each urn/box comes with plaque affixed - colour and inscription of your choice.
Cremation Information
Our focus is on compassion and quality, therefore we offer an individual and caring cremation for each pet.
Rupert’s Pet Cremation & Transport guarantees you will receive all of, and only your pets’ ashes. We pride ourselves on following a comprehensive cremation process which includes a detailed identification system.
In addition, you will receive a memorial pack with your cremation, as a small token of sympathy for your loss.

At Rupert’s Pet Cremation & Transport our aim is to ease the grief associated with losing a beloved pet, by providing a compassionate and individual cremation service.
We are a dedicated husband and wife team, who have lived on the Central Coast for over 20 years. Scott and I (Michelle) have owned pets all our lives and are, above all, animal lovers ourselves. We are passionate about providing the best care for you and your pet.
As crematory operators, Scott & I are both accredited by the International Association Of Pet Cemeteries & Crematories (IAOPCC). Our fully trained and caring team will look after everything from collection, to return of your clients pets ashes.

50% Deposit required upon collection, balance due upon return: cash, direct deposit, EFT and PayPal are accepted. (Payment by Credit incurs a 2.5% Credit Card Transaction Fee, Payment by PayPal incurs 2.7% PayPal Transaction Fee).
